Board of Directors
Suchit Punnose is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience, known for spotting opportunities in emerging markets. He’s been involved in a wide range of businesses—from retail and printing to vehicle leasing and accident management. What really drives him, though, is his passion for green technology and sustainable living. He’s all about building businesses that are good for the planet, and he’s on the board of several companies that share this eco-friendly vision. Suchit is also the CEO of Red Ribbon Asset Management Plc, the founding shareholder of the company. Through Red Ribbon, he supports projects that combine strong business potential with a positive environmental impact.
Arvid Pedersen has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance sector, with deep expertise in governance, risk evaluation, and long-term financial operations. As a main board member of Red Ribbon Asset Management Plc, he provides oversight and strategic counsel at the intersection of financial discipline and growth. His background supports Modulex’s expansion into regulated environments and ensures strong corporate governance across global operations.
With over 50 years of leadership experience, Garry Stein has held senior roles across banking, investment management, private equity, M&A, technology, natural resources, and strategic consulting. He has served on the boards of numerous public and private companies, guiding them through complex growth stages. His breadth of global experience strengthens Modulex’s capital market strategy, corporate governance, and long-term value creation.
Delva Patman is a highly respected property consultant with more than 55 years of experience in valuations, development advisory, and built-environment strategy. As the Founder of Delva Patman Redler LLP, Chartered Surveyors, her expertise spans commercial, public-sector, and charitable projects. She has held multiple public and charitable leadership positions across health, education, and military sectors, bringing deep insight into institutional-grade infrastructure and compliance.
Christopher Lobello brings over 30 years of experience, covering risk modelling, quantitative analysis, and regional/country management roles across global markets. His work includes collaborations with INSEAD’s Center for Decision Making and Risk Analysis and teaching at international institutions. With a practitioner’s view on behavioural decision-making and risk, he enhances Modulex’s strategic planning and risk governance. He currently serves as CEO of Venardos Circus.
Renu Bhatia has over 25 years of experience spanning financial services, fintech, and healthcare technology. She is the Co-founder of Opharmic Technology, and serves as Deputy Chair of the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as well as a member of the Board of Review – Inland Revenue. Recognised as one of the Top 100 Women in Fintech, she brings exceptional expertise in capital markets, innovation, regulation, and global-scale business operations.
Appen Menon is a Partner at Condon & Forsyth LLP and has spent more than 35 years advising global clients in banking, aviation, and financial services. With degrees in B.Sc., LL.B, and LL.M, and admission to practice in both New York State and U.S. Federal Courts, he brings strong legal, regulatory, and cross-border structuring capability. He also serves as Executive Chairman of the Indian American International Chamber of Commerce, strengthening Modulex’s international engagement and governance.
